Plan the shots before producing the video.

Branchline helps filmmakers and teams making advertising videos turn a written idea into a storyboard. Break it into scenes, compare alternative frames and choose which ones to animate.

Each scene keeps its takes and generation settings. Selected frames become motion clips, then a reel. Refine a shot using an earlier frame as a reference without losing the versions you have already tried.

A scene keeps its iterations. The selected frame moves into motion. A scene provides a prompt and references. Generated takes form a frame stack, with each iteration preserving earlier attempts. The chosen take becomes the selected frame, which anchors a motion clip. Clips are ordered into a reel. Break the idea into scenes.

Scenes turns a paragraph into an ordered shot list. Each scene holds its description, references and generated takes.

Open a scene to work on its frame or motion draft. Alternatives stay attached to that scene, so you can try another version without losing the earlier attempts.

Compare lenses, lighting and colour.

Frame Stack lets you branch from a still to try a different lens, lighting, colour or polish pass. Each branch carries forward the previous settings and changes one choice.

The original stays fixed and available for comparison. You can follow a variation further or return to an earlier frame and try another direction.

Turn the frames into a draft cut.

Choose a starting frame for each scene, add video direction and generate a motion draft. Reel assembles the clips in scene order, carries over the subtitles and lets you trim their in and out points.

Review the shots and timing at draft quality, then compare the cost of HD and Full HD enhancement. The scene demo above shows the motion step; the reel below lets you explore the cut.

What is built.

Live still generation, saved outputs and shared history are implemented. Frame Stack, scene breakdown, alternative takes, draft motion clips and reel planning are presented here through interactive demos with prepared data.

The video adapter remains feature-gated pending end-to-end validation. A looks library and reusable graphs are planned additions.
